No Salty Food

I have skipped eating red meat and salty food for a month now. Although my pants seem a bit loose these days; my weight budged a little. I lost a kilo since I cleaned my bad eating habits and kicked off the unnecessary salt and other condiments I add while cooking. That means, most of the meals I prepare these days for myself are hospital-type of food like grilled chicken, grilled fish, plenty of fruits and vegetables. I skipped eating fast food meals and do not eat out anymore because the food they cook are salted. I cannot afford to have salt in my meals now.

Let us see how it goes and where I will go from here. I hope to be able to maintain this lifestyle for good. Wish me luck!
