Natural Bad Breath Busters

Avoid using chemically formulated breath-fresheners by chewing or drinking these herbs and concoction to beat bad breath.

Parsley

Basil

Cilantro

Dill

Cardamom

Anise

All these herbs contain the green plant pigment called chlorophyll which is a natural breath freshener. You can chew the dill and cardamom while you can boil the leaves of parsley, basil, cilantro and strain the leaves afterwards. Drink the tea or use as a mouthwash.
