Do you think you may be suffering from Dry Eye Syndrome? You should probably visit your eye doctor when you suffer through these symptoms:
  •          Burning eyes
  •          Itching eyes
  •          Constant irritation in your eyes
  •          Consistent redness
  •          Blurred vision that doesn't improve after blinking
  •          Increasing discomfort with reading, watching TV, and using a computer
These are all symptoms of Dry Eye Syndrome. The faster you can get in to see an eye doctor, the better. When you see your eye doctor, be sure to be specific on when you experience these symptoms, as well as for how long.

Causes of Dry Eye Syndrome

There are many reasons why people experience dry eye and some of them may even be surprising to you! The most common reason for dry eye is the natural aging process. Over the years, your body will stop producing the same amount of oils it used to, which can contribute to your eyes feeling dry and irritated. People who wear contact lenses are also at greater risk. Most surprising, are those people who have gotten Lasik eye surgery. They are also at an increased risk of getting dry eye.

Products make by companies such as EyeEco can help you experience comfort and relief from all these symptoms. These products are typically specialized eyewear that you can use while you sleep or even as everyday eyewear. These eyewear products will seal your eyes from the outdoors and constantly create a humid and moist environment for your eyes.
