I have been diligently enhancing my skills and acquiring more knowledge in my field and other areas of the industry where I am at to boost my career growth.

Training, seminars and workshops have greatly affected my work performance because of the skills I learned and soft skills I have learned to improve.   6. This is really true, we always need to undergo training and more seminars to enhance more the knowledge and skills in our fields. because it doesn't mean that when you earn your degree meaning things stops there, yet it is the starts of our endeavor as well as to widen our knowledge.

  11. Back when I was still working, my company would always see to it that everyone got a 40 hours of training within a year. And I can say it’s really effective in terms of job efficiency.

  14. Training is actually topmost reason why the daughter accepts her first job - there were other job offers but she opted for one which offer training which can further her knowledge.
