This type of yoga is not very famous with most yoga practitioners. Sukshma means subtle. It is a form of yoga that incorporates subtle stretching and coordinated breathing that results in deep relaxation.

It includes facial exercises to relieve stress, and relax the muscles.

It can be practiced on its own or along with a bigger yoga plan.
