Beauty and the Beast's Singing Stars

I am very thrilled to watch the new live movie of the Beauty and the Beast. It has been 25 years since its animated movie was released. I still know the lyrics of the songs and the dialogues. I am one happy fan here!

I think the cast of the live movie are perfect for their roles except for some singing parts. I did my research on the casts and who has really good singing voices, so far, Ewan McGregor (sang in his Moulin Rouge movie and Luke Evans (who has starred in many West End productions in London) have past the test, aside from Audra McDonald (Madame Garderobe) who is actually a Broadway star is also a Tony awardee.

Emma Watson who played Belle and one of the main lead characters has the opportunity to share her singing voice. Although not professionally sounding, she manages to give her best but of course, if we are to go back and recall Paige O'Hara who sang as Belle in the animated movie, Emma will pale in comparison. I have checked numerous videos shared in the internet and watched some of the actors doing their studio recording for the live movie. I am really impressed that despite of not having a professional singing voice, and being surround with those high-tech audio equipment; perhaps some of them might even be samson meteor mic at MF, Emma managed to sing as nice as she possibly could.
