Normally, your skin produces oil to protect itself against bad microorganisms. Your natural oils are also helpful in lubricating the skin and boosting its resistance against UV damage.

It can lead to acne flare ups and it can cause stubborn blackheads to appear on your skin. It can even make you more prone to blemishes.
Excessive oil can also make your complexion look dull and unhealthy.
To get rid of oily skin, you need to give your skin the care it needs and deserves. Using harsh products in an attempt to curb your skin’s oil production can only lead to more problems.
You see, when your skin is dry and dehydrated, it tends to produce more oil as a way to compensate. So, when you’re not moisturizing, you are essentially triggering more oil.
Failure to exfoliate properly can cause problems on your oily skin, too, especially since there’s a thick layer of dead skin cells.
